Trained in T'ai Chi Ch'uan and Shao Lin Ch'uan, Sifu Jim Holz received his diploma to teach Yang style T'ai Chi Ch'uan from Grandmaster William C.C. Chen in 1995. Group, private and corporate classes are offered to people of all ages and abilities. Students may register as a beginner to learn the sixty movement short form or choose classes in Form Correction, Form Application, Push Hands, Sword Form, Principles of Self Defense or Practical Fighting Techniques at Level 1, 2 or 3. Classes are taught in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere where each student has the opportunity to learn the basic principles and philosophies at their own pace. Whether learning T'ai Chi Ch'uan as a martial art for self-defense or using its gentle, flowing movements to lower blood pressure, increase felxibility, reduce stress, improve balance and coordination - learning this system will bring confidence, satisfaction and enjoyment into your life.
